The competition is open to anyone in South Africa who is a qualified cook, trainee or an aspiring chef, currently registered with a training institution.
Employees of Unilever Food Solutions, their associated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are excluded from entering.
Entries open on 2 May 2012 and all entries must be received at the Unilever Head Office by 13 July 2012. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged, illegible or incomprehensible entries. All such entries shall be invalid.
Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd, their promoters, agents and distributors, neither Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd nor any of its associated or subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees or agents, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the entrants participating in the competition.
The organizers have the right to change or terminate the competition at their discretion.
The competition organizers will not be held responsible for any delays in payments or delivery of the prizes.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.
All winners and their guests are required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity determined by Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd in their entire discretion.
Unilever South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner or staff for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
